Large-scale signage is designed to make a statement for (typically) one day. Renting allows couples to access high-end, professionally built pieces—often far beyond what makes sense to purchase—at a fraction of the cost.

After the wedding, most couples don’t want to store oversized signage or deal with reselling it. Rentals eliminate clutter and hassle.

Our rental signage is intentionally designed for events: structurally sound, visually cohesive, and proportioned for large venues. We select quality materials and design thoughtfully to achieve an elevated end product.

Our rentals reduce single-use materials. We promote reuse, making our signage an environmentally conscious option without sacrificing luxury or design.

Leave the delivery, setup, and breakdown to us. Couples (or their planners) don’t have to worry about coordinating a vehicle large enough for transporting the pieces safely, timely assembly and setup, or end-of-night tear down.

Our ProcessStart by filling out an inquiry form so that we can learn a little more about your event and understand your needs.
1 | Get in Touch
Once we determine if your date is available, we want to get a sense of your overall style. We’ll start broad to get an idea of the vibe that you’re after. Inspiration photos are super helpful! Consider colors, typeface, and styles.
2 | Broad Vision
After our initial consult, we will provide you with a proposal and invoice. A signed contract and deposit is required within 7 days to secure your date.
Once completed, we will send you a Client Questionnaire, continue gathering your ideas and inspo, and begin the digital design process.
3 | Contract & Deposit
Four to five months before your wedding, your final design mock-up will need to be approved and we will begin the build process (yay!) 50% of your remaining invoice balance is due at this time.
30 days before your wedding, project will be reaching completion and we will iron out delivery plans. Final balance is due.
4 | Design & Build
It’s finally here!
On your wedding day, we will arrive (in professional attire and with any tools or materials needed) excited to bring your beautiful signage to life.
